Band Registration Tally Sheet
The Band Registration Tally Sheet can be downloaded here. Hard copies are available at the band hall. This form will provide you with approximate costs for required materials needed for band. Each year, we make an effort to keep required items the same so that cost can be minimal during your four years of high school. Because of the new logo, everyone will be required to purchase a new Polo and T-shirt for the upcoming school year. Sorry for the inconvenience!
